Devoted himself to the affairs and services of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineer Associations. He once served in the Director/Supervisor group for the National Federation of Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Professional Engineer Guilds of the Republic of China, the Taiwan Engineers Association, the Taipei City Engineers Association and the Taichung Engineers Association.

He founded Ching Yang Environment Control & Energy Advisor Co., Ltd., which holds a Consulting and Engineering double license. In addition, he expanded the business level to a Top Grade Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineering Construction Company. He has devoted himself to integrating planning and construction of dust-free factories for the hi-tech and bio-tech industry, and is renowned for his reputation.

To make contributions to his alma mater and share his experience, he started to teach in National Chin-Yi University of Technology as a part-time lecturer and received a lecturer certificate by the Ministry of Education in 2015.

He promoted the corporatization of the Department of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Alumni Foundation. The Foundation was established in 2012 upon approval of the Ministry of the Interior. He was also the 1st and 2nd President of the Foundation. During his tenure as the President, he not only organized technician and related professional training courses, but also devoted himself to promoting foundation affairs and meet-up activities, making a great effort to enhance alumni's cohesion to the school.

In October 2015, under the organization of the alumni foundation, he held the National Chin-Yi University of Technology Refrigeration and Air-conditioning elite assembly, inviting graduates of every college system, who acquired a Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineer (elite in knowledge) and Class A Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Technician (elite in skills) certificate to the school to receive praise. This Demonstrates that the University has been awarded the honor of teaching excellence by the Ministry of Education for many years. He also published a special report to acknowledge the event.

To make contributions to the society and take care of students in remote areas, he established Ching Yang Environment Control & Energy Advisor Co., Ltd. Education Donation Funds for Cheng Long Elementary School, Kouhu Township, Yunlin County.
