He founded the company with Chen, Ze Mín and Chen, Yong Huang. The business concept of the company is gradual cultivation, research and innovation, improving management and efficiency, and focusing on quality and service. In 1993, the company name was changed to Tektro Technology Corporation. It had a capital of NT$736 million in 2017 and 500 employees. It also created two self-owned brands – TEKTRO and TRP.

The company obtained ISO 9002 certification in 1996 and has obtained 109 domestic patents so far.

Ltd. in 2002 to be one of the members of an A-Team which aims to form an alliance with other bike manufacturers around the globe to create a platform for positive competition and networking. He promoted the company to acquire OHSAS 18001 (OH & SMS) and TOSHMS (Taiwan Occupational Safety and Health Management System) in 2016 to enhance the enterprise's occupational health and safety management while raising employee's safety production awareness to ensure workplace safety.
