The 4th President of the Department of Air Conditioning and the Energy Engineering Alumni Foundation, National Chin-Yi University of Technology. During his term as the President, he organized Senior Examinations engineer auxiliary classes and technician training classes as well as cooperated industry visits, parent-child summer activities, and an Air-conditioning Industry Cup badminton match to connect alumni with the Department, the alma mater, and the industry.

During the pandemic, he assisted the government and the industry to design and implement negative pressure isolation operating rooms and wards while collaborating with the Department of Air Conditioning and Energy, associations, and equipment suppliers to develop effective industry-academic projects, working together to promote Taiwan's anti-pandemic technology. He was interviewed by Trade Insight Biweekly of the Engineering Taiwan External Trade Development Council.
