The Goal

本系透過系課程委員會及系務會議進行訂定與檢討教育目標，分別訂定大學部及碩士班教育目標如下：

The Department determines and reviews educational objectives through the curriculum committee and departmental affairs council.Educational objectives for undergraduates and the master’s program are determined separately as follows:

1.【日間部學士班部分Bachelor’s program provided in Day Division】

大學部教育目標為培育大學部學生具有下列四項能力：

Educational objectives for undergraduates are determined to cultivate undergraduates to have the following four abilities:

(1)  培育具產業基礎管理能力之管理人才

Cultivate students to become the management talents equipped with thebasic industrial management ability.

(2)  培育具創意創新專題企劃技能之管理人才

Cultivate students to become the management talents equipped with skills necessary for creative and innovative planning of projects.

(3)  培育具有倫理素養之管理人才

Cultivate students to become the management talents equipped with ethical literacy.

(4)  配合產業全球化發展培育具有國際溝通之管理人才

Cultivate students to become the management talents equipped with the ability for international communication and global development.

2.【碩士班部分Master’s program】

碩士班教育目標為培育碩士班學生具有下列四項能力：

Educational objectives for the master’s program are determined to cultivate graduate students to have the following four abilities:

(1) 培育具產業進階管理能力之管理人才

Cultivate students to become the management talents equipped with the advanced industrial management ability.

(2) 培育具實務研究之管理人才

Cultivate students to become the management talents equipped with the practical research ability.

(3) 培育具有人文關懷之管理人才

Cultivate students to become the management talents equipped with the capacity for humanistic care.

(4) 配合產業全球化發展培育具有國際視野之管理人才

Cultivate students to become the management talents equipped with international perspectives for industrial global development.

3.【進修推廣部學士班部分Bachelor’s program provided by Division of Continuing and Extension Education】

大學部教育目標為培育大學部學生具有下列四項能力：

Educational objectives for undergraduates are determined to cultivate undergraduates to have the following four abilities:

(1) 培育具產業基礎管理能力之管理人才

Cultivate students to become the management talents equipped with the basic industrial management ability.

(2) 培育具創意創新實務應用技能之管理人才

Cultivate management talents with creative and innovative practical application skills.

(3) 培育具有倫理素養之管理人才

Cultivate students to become the management talents equipped with ethical literacy.

4.【碩士在職專班部分In-service master’s program】

碩士在職專班教育目標為培育碩士在職專班學生具有下列四項能力：
