本所發展特色,係配合當前國家整體經濟發展與企業經營之實際需要,尤以培養中小企業實用管理人才為宗旨。朝經營與資源規劃、財務與金融管理、行銷與電子商務相關領域方向發展,課程規劃著重於培養學生未來就業能力與態度,五項核心課程為生產管理、行銷管理、人力資源管理、研究與發展管理及財務管理,以奠定學生紮實的專業知識基礎。除注重專業知識講授外,本所定期邀請企業界知名人士、國內外學者和各大企業管理顧問公司人員蒞臨演講。並加強學生溝通、協調、企劃、研究進修等能力;本所亦與多家企業簽約執行建教合作、產業實習等產學合作方案,提供學生參觀見習與寒暑假實習之機會;並與國外學校合作,培養具備國際觀的人才。

The development characteristics of the Department are designed in line with the actual needs of the country’s overall economic development and business operation, especially for the purpose of cultivating management talents for small and medium enterprises. The Department is developing toward business and resource planning, finance and financial management, marketing and e-commerce. The curriculum planning focuses on development of students’ future employment ability and attitude. The five core courses are production management, marketing management, human resource management, research and development management and financial management, to have students obtainthe solid foundation of professional knowledge. The Department not only emphasizes professional knowledge, but also invites well-known people from the industry, domestic and foreign scholars, and major directors from large enterprises and management and consultation companies periodically to give speeches at the Department. The Department also strengthens students’ ability for communication, coordination, planning and research training, andenters into contracts with a number of companies for industry-university cooperation programs andcorporate internships, providing students with opportunities to visit enterprises and participate in internships in winters and summers. It also cooperates with overseas colleges to cultivate students to become talents with international perspectives.
