About Us

The Office of Personnel  (hereafter referred to as “the Office”) was created as a unit aiming to foster an equitable and healthy workplace to attract excellent employees across this island, according to the personnel rules and regulations of NCUT. The Office draws up the personnel regulations and guiding principles for all the community members within the university. That is employment contract and discharge, promotion and transfer, reward and penalty, performance assessment, on the job training and continuing education, salary payment, welfare and relief fund application and job insurance, among other things.  

There are eight members available to serve in the Office, including the director, a secretary, an executive officer, three officers and three project staff, whose responsibilities are listed as follows.
