The Personnel Office is responsible for the regulation, engagements (appointment) dismissals, promotions, transfers, rewards, disciplinary procedures, appraisals (performance assessment), training (teaching, research), salary, compensation, benefits, insurance, retirement, death indemnity, and personnel documentation as well as faculties and staff.
