The Office of Secretaries is an administrative unit established in accordance with the University’s Organizational Regulations. Acting under the directives of the President, the Office is responsible for managing secretarial affairs and coordinating the work of various departments. Its responsibilities include handling confidential matters assigned by the President and Vice Presidents, approving official documents, organizing important meetings, tracking and evaluating resolutions, conducting internal control and audits, managing external public relations activities, issuing press releases, facilitating communication among units, and gathering feedback on university affairs. The Office plays a crucial role in supporting the overall development of the University and enhancing service efficiency.
