About Us

The Office of Continuing Education is positioned as "cultivating industrial talents and promoting lifelong learning". In line with national development and regional characteristics, we promote on-the-job training for industry personnel and provide a channel for further study and development. Furthermore, in accordance with the education policy and in response to the industrial needs and career development, we offer various programs, including the Ministry of Education's Industry-Academic Collaboration Program 2.0: Industry-Academic Collaboration Mode, Industry-Academia-Training Mode, and Dual-Track Training Mode.

The Office of Continuing Education is planning to meet the needs of the industry and the times by providing professional and intellectual courses, as well as offering an excellent learning environment, with the aim of becoming the highest quality further education institution in the central region of Taiwan. This department has Registration Division, Curriculum Division and Students Affairs Division, which are responsible for student enrollment, courses arrangement and student affairs, respectively.

There are 15 departments and 10 research institutes in the Office of Continuing Education, including the Department of Mechanical Engineering, the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering, the Department of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Energy Engineering, the Department of Electrical Engineering, the Department of Electronic Engineering, the Department of Information Engineering, the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, the Department of Business Administration, the Department of Information Management, the Department of Distribution Management, the Department of Healthcare Industry Technology Development and Management, the Department of Applied English, the Department of Landscape Architecture, the Department of Intelligent Automation Engineering, and the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Engineering. Currently, there are 20 classes (314 students) in the Master's Program, 110 classes (3,638 students) in the four-year program, 14 classes (422 students) in the two-year bachelor degree program, and 14 classes (241 students) in the two-year junior college, a total of 4,615 students in 173 classes.
