About Us

The General Affairs Office is divided into five sections: Construction and Maintenance Section, General Affairs Section, Property Management Section, Documentation Section, and Cashier Section. Except for the Cashier Section located on the 4th floor of the Library and Information Building, the other four sections are situated on the 1st, 4th and 5th floors of the Qingyong Building.

The function of the Office of General Affairs is to provide administrative supports for each academic department. The Office serves the school sincerely, eagerly and actively, striving to provide a high quality learning and living environment for all the staff, faculty and students of the university and to promote and support general affairs by assisting with the university development.
