Q1: How are press releases issued?

A: The implementer is advised to provide a proposal and agenda five days before the activity. Invitations are then sent out for a press conference two days before the activity so the journalists will show up at the event. After the event, the implementer writes a detailed press release and provides it to journalists along with photos of the activity so they can publish them further.

Q2: What is the purpose of compiling a Chinese introduction and DVD?

A: Through proper promotions, such as audio-visuals or in written form, future students, parents, faculty and staff, and students in all programs are able to understand the University better. The contents of audio-visuals or written forms include events and achievements. It is believed the reputation of the University can be boosted.
