1. Collects news and issues press releases from the University.

2. Calls press conferences to promote academic achievements.

3. Liaises with the media.

4. Builds up the brand and promotes NCUT.

5. Advertises public affair events and plans their implementation.

6. Edits and publishes the NCUT Newsletter.
