Services

  1. Student Assistance Section:
    This section is in charge of morality/character development, student absenteeism counseling, counseling for Chinese students (with a valid student status), and overseas Chinese students as well as, Overseas Chinese Student and Foreign Student Health Insurance, opening ceremonies, graduation ceremonies,  military service, traffic safety education, rewards and punishments, conduct performance,tuition/miscellaneous fees reduction/exemption, and dormitory management in addition to selection of outstanding guidance-and-service teachers.
  2. Extracurricular Activity Section:
    This section is responsible for student club management, extracurricular activities participation guidance, public/private scholarships, grants and emergency Aid application, student loan application, outstanding college youth selection, and campus anniversary celebration along with cultural and arts festivals.
  3. Hygiene and Health Section:
    This section is in charge of handling emergent cases of injury and illness  happened to faculty members and students, running student health checks, disseminating information about hygiene, and supervising student group insurance and food safety.
  4. Military Education Section:
    This section is in charge of managing student military planning, teaching and learning such as engaging in national defense education, aiding in the national armed forces recruitment,and conducting student drug abuse education and dissemination. Military education instructors serve as counseling instructors for individual department and duty personnel of the Campus Security Center to keep order during gatherings.
  5. Indigenous Students Resource Center:
    The Center oversees indigenous students’ life and academic studies, and offers employment assistance, career development, indigenous language courses and activities for student clubs. It also provides indigenous scholarships outside NCUT and promotes indigenous people’s education by cooperating with the Ministry of Education and the Council of Indigenous Peoples.
  6. counseling and guidance setion:
    The Center maintains and enhances the psychological health of the faculty and students, helping them explore themselves, clarify their own value, develop autonomy, establish self-positioning, resolve issues concerning their lives, learning, and career development to explore their personal potential, fulfill their goals in life and achieve self-actualization.
