About Us

The aim of the Office of Research and Development is to encourage the teachers to pursue diversified academic research, encourage academia-industry collaboration between the University and public and private enterprises and technological research and development, assist in the development of local industry, strengthen the function of internships in and outside the University, and make an effort to combine school education and industrial technology by combining courses with practical elements in order to cultivate the students; ability to pursue creative invention and implementation. It is expected that with the assistance of enterprise, the University may be able to cultivate students; practical and professional skills as well as integrate school and industry resources, construct platforms for the research and development of technology, develop new products or technology together, and strengthen the co-competitiveness of the students, the University and the enterprises.
