1. Worked at several major companies, treating each as own business. By applying skills and management experience with diligence and precision, they achieved several-fold growth in each company's performance. At Fountain Computer in the U.S., employees grew from 20 to over 4,000. At TPK Holding Co., Ltd. in Xiamen, the workforce expanded from 700 to 60,000.
2. Currently serves as vice director of Alumni Association at Jyun Gong elementary school, donating Character Education Fund to help unprivileged children every year.
